1. Information on how to obtain money back form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Offer is open to Australian residents only. Employees of the promoter and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with the promotion and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
4. To be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee consumers must:

(a) Purchase any Gillette Venus Embrace razor product from any store within the promotional period (1 Nov -31 Jan)
(b) The consumer must send their Name, address and contact number including reasons for dissatisfaction and the razor handle (cartridges must be removed) via mail to The Fulfilment Team Procter & Gamble, Level 4, 1 Innovation Road, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113 Australia.
(c) Consumer must enclose receipt as proof of purchase and state reason for dissatisfaction with razor.
(d) Claim period must be within one month after purchase date

Entry is only valid if all stated requirements above are completed. To verify validity of entry, entrants must retain a copy of receipt as proof of purchase. Multiple entries are not accepted and only one person per household may enter. No responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.

• Promotion commences 1st November 09 and closes 31st January 2010. All valid entries will receive a cheque valued at purchase price as per receipt enclosed by consumer. Only those entrants who complete all the required information and can provide proof of purchase will be eligible for the money back offer. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
